This item is for do-it-yourself (DIY) t-shirt crafts. Our designs are printed onto Avery heat transfers for WHITE or LIGHT COLORED FABRICS. All instructions are included with your purchase for printed transfers.

Digital file option is available if you would like to print it yourself.

– Enter child’s name and age in the box provided

– Select image size – 5.5 x 8″ SMALL print • 8 x 10″ LARGE print • or DIGITAL FILE

• Printed transfers are shipped out within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Turn around time to receive your transfer in the mail is approximately 1 week. Please plan ahead if you would like to receive your item in time for your party. I cannot do rush orders.

All printed orders are shipped via USPS (3-5 Business Days) Please note USPS does not guarantee delivery dates, but on average packages arrive within 3 business day. Tracking is included on all shipped orders.

• Digital file option is available if you would like to print it yourself. Files will be sent to your email within 1 business day (Saturday & Sunday not included). Mirrored images are included and files are saved as JPG files. PDF is available upon request.

If you need a digital file the same day (except Sat or Sun), please email me first before placing an order to make sure I can get it to you in time.

NOTE: I currently only ship within the USA. No rush orders please.

Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. Your products will be subjected to an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being shipped. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe and the USA.

It is important to note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the item.

Prior to shipment, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.

The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still be in its original packaging.
