Please note: this product is a PERSONALIZED DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. It is NOT an instant, editable template; nor will you will you be shipped a physical item. It will be personalized by me and emailed (usually within 12-24 hrs) for you to print at your leisure via a home printer, or a local printing service.

Turnaround time for Digital Files:

Digital File orders are processed and sent within 12-24hrs to your email address.

Weekend hours are different! Please read.

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed on Friday before 5pm Eastern Time will be emailed later the same night. If you place an order after 5pm Eastern Time, I will still try my best to get to you within 24 hrs but this is not guaranteed.

Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday (United States) days, are not guaranteed to be sent within 24hrs. Contact me first to see if I’m available to complete it for you.

Same day & Rush Orders:

If you require a file the same day, please contact me via email first to see if I can do it for you. Please do not include rush requests in the notes as I may not see it right away.

Digital files cannot be exchanged or refunded once you have received them in the email, however I will make corrections if needed.

Sizes of Files:

Files are usually sized to correspond with the age. Ages 1-3 will be about 4 x 6 – 5 x 8 inches. Ages 4 and up will be sent as size 8×10 – 81/2 x 11 inches. If you need a size larger than 8 1/2 x 11 please email me first.

Editing Digital Files:

Files cannot be edited or re-sold by you once you have received them. I complete all editing of any digital images listed on my site. Colors and text can be changed by request on any design in the shop. Please contact me first for any custom order requests.

Email Delivery of Files:

Digital files will be sent to your email address that you enter at checkout. Ensure your email is correct or it may delay you receiving your files. You may include your email in the notes section if it is different from your paypal email.

If you don’t see your files in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder to see if it’s there.

TOU for Digital Files:
*NO editing and/or re-selling of images sent in this email is permitted. Files may be used AS IS for your personal project needs. Images are allowed to be printed and used to create and sell shirts that you make for your business, absolutely no re-selling the files/images for your own business. Any questions please ask!

Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. Your products will be subjected to an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being shipped. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe and the USA.

It is important to note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the item.

Prior to shipment, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.

The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still be in its original packaging.
