Invitations are designed at high resolution for a high quality print. They are created for the convenience & purpose of printing from your home printer. You may also order prints through some professional printing services/photo labs. Current processing time is 1-2 business days to receive your file via email. If all information is provided at checkout, I usually have it completed and sent to you within 1 business day. • • • How To Order • • • Enter your party information using the text box provided. For invitations with a photo, please email your photo to [email protected]. Please do not edit or crop your photo prior to sending.

It is very important to note that copyright restrictions on the Characters only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself. You are responsible for the printing of your invitation. No refunds will be given for printing issues.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still be in its original packaging.
